The Breath, the Power of the Breathing

Breathalyser is a practice worth exploring, for sure. If i do im half breathe up like that, there's a really high chance that i will pass out doing that exercise over at some point in 20 second, 20 minutes. But if i hyementally in exhale, i can hold my breath or three and a half minutes. There is something happening physiologically there, ficerebral, because that's not cerebral. It also has an impact on how you feel. So mission to mars, i'm only taking by 20 breaths at the most. I just can't imagine that it is cerebral.
