Build Curl to Day or Lib Curly to Day?

So when now we're enabling or making it possible to build lib curl to use different rust libraries, you're only may be adding libraries or replacing libraries,. so you go with the rust ones instead of other ones. But yes, youare certainly going to add dependency and rely on other libraries as well as on top of lipcalden.
