The Food Forward Approach to Methylation

There's no evidence in the literature that consumption of any amount of food based folates, so lots of leafy greens, etc., nuts, seeds, mushrooms, choline, and eggs, even liver. No evidence that demonstrates it could promote imbalanced methylation. So this food forward approach seemed essential. And there was another piece that we discovered, and that is combining methyl donors, be them in supplement form or food with these compounds that we call methylation adaptogens. This includes green tea, etc., and curcumin. We would help to direct how methylation happens in the body.
