The Dilemma With ERP
The dilemma with ERP is that it's not hugely available you know I have a list of about 20 psychologists in Melbourne who I feel confident who are good with with ERP. It really needs to be something that you stay with over a significant period of time to sort of you know start to make some progress really and when you say significant period time obviously that's probably life but he sort of generally sort of say six or twelve months for most people.
