As income grows, there's a really fast return to that growth in terms of real prosperity. The increase in longevity as you go from virtually nothing to around about $15,000 to $20,000 per capita is massive. But life expectancy just doesn't improve with the same sort of speed at all. Danny Dawling: I think we've reached a level where we have enough of physical products and capability and productivity to get what everybody needs. Our problem is that we distribute it so badly in the UK."
