The Effects of Fruit on Health

People who eat more fruit and vegetable have better general health outcomes. Lemon rolls are smothered in fiber for the most part, like a whipped cream topping but it's just like smot. A 16 ounce can of soda contains zero grams of fiber, 52 grams of sugar, 30 of which are fructose. You know what I mean? Sometimes you eat an apple and you're like literally why they're getting into your brain. Like this can't be good.
