Is It a Single Flat Tax?

It's really interesting, because th it feels to me like the success of something like this is predicated on the line between property owners and property renters being just tilted toward. But so how does this play out? Well, as you know, america did not adopt a single flat tax. Seems wrong, but, you know, economists love it, because so many of the other kinds of taxes, we assess, have these kind of external side effects of dampening the very productivity they are taxing.
