There is this soft power to all of it, right? Where we get a really stark contrast with the violence and the ways that other people in the movie are seeking power. We have those few horrible sequences, ah, with the predatory other inmates as they're attacking andy dufraine,. And then you have also obviously captain hadley a just being like a cyclopath, a in the way that he treats people. He kills that guy on the first day there, which is also that's not in the book, but a really smart, strong example right out of the gate.
