"We really look at it as the starting point to much more that can happen on this side of town so over a ten-year vision you might say that this is the first couple innings is getting this going and then continuing to kind of stay in front of where growth is headed has just opened up a lot of opportunity," he says. "I think forts built a unique playbook and strategy that nobody that very very few people totally understand which is buying 90 properties in an area that's been abandoned"
