I was still trying to work through some old stuff and it's hard to know, right? You am asked a childhood experience, you are asked some adult experiences of major loss. And yet your career is going like, who knows what's what? I mentioned probably in this conversation, three or four, maybe more girlfriends,. Each one of those is a story of kind of like hope for a permanent future. And then a cliff. So I'm the common denominator. There's a consistent variable there. It wasn't like I was somebody who enjoyed skipping from relationships. But again, I'm not going to take all the blame, but there's a consistentvariable there.

Andrew Huberman is a Professor of Neurobiology at Stanford University and host of the Huberman Lab podcast.
