How to Deal With Guilt After a Low Mood

Alex has cyclothymia one of the four bipolar disorders as everybody knows alongside every other diagnosis I've got because I collect them. He feels guilty if it's impacted somebody else but that's usually only James and he gets it. Alex is getting so used to publicly sharing his every thought now that when he was last with my mom and dad  he just casually popped into the conversation that was suicidal recently, then felt completely fine the next day.
