Boy Scouts

As someone who did go through boy scouts, what would your ideal version of a gender neutral scout program be? I mean, i have actually kind of thought about this, because i do really love the idea of, like, one thing, a, some things that were good about the scouts. It's just robots who have been programmed not to be petifiled, thin that odbeofpresye. And there are no adults.
