The Minister's Guide to the Mental Capacity Act
I think there's this obvious things that can be done, and I don't think they, in any way, shape or form, compromise the protection. The Ministry of Justice has said that child trust on applications should qualify for a fee waiver. There's actually a 12-page document that parents would have to read on fees. But some of that information is in this new toolkit. We're not criticizing the Mental Capacity Act. That is a very important and very valuable piece of legislation. And I think there is a bit of a blocker at the moment on doing something that would make the core process and the guidance that supports it far simpler. If we can get to a point where that
