How Did You Get Hired From Within?
I had no prior experience in man. It became very clear to me early on that i had a lot to learn,. I'm still caught up. How did you convince the executive team? Honestly, it helped that i had been with a company for over five years at that point. So i feel fortunate they trusted me in that role. And i've learned so much. But it was a big leap, for sure.
