If you're doing under $20 million a year in revenue, I think you should just go and be like, we think this is a better product. We might lose 20% of the subscribers we already have, but this is a de minimis amount. Our goal is to hit a much larger number of subscribers. And so I would just aim for that. These businesses are built on low CACs and low AOVs,. But really where you start making money is when you get to a repeat purchase rate that's sustainable and makes you a ton of e-bada.
