I think there's times where experientially because OCD can be so loud and can sometimes and it depends on the trigger right I think for any one of us listening if you're having a trigger that's more mild or moderate or medium kind of level of intensity. It can be a little easier sometimes to tolerate things or kind of discern but when we're talking about something that something gets really activated and you're kind of really up there it can be alittle difficult. Even if you get all the treatment possible for OCD it doesn't negate the fact you're still gonna get triggered, which is just life like you are living with your brain.
