Arobic exercise is a supplement to your basic resistance training programme. Some studies suggest that it helps with hypertrophy. But i'm having a hard time finding, ebty, any evidence to support an interference effect on musclehypertrophy. If you're willing to make maybe a few concessions on the cordio front, then there's probably not much to worry about.
