The Importance of Soft Skills and Empathy

IFS has a planning and scheduling optimization tool that is AI based. It takes into account all of these different factors and just runs all the time to get people to the best possible place given all of those criteria. If it can we cut our recruiting staff by 50%, you're going to get a different outcome, then could we use a tool to vet our job descriptions? And I would venture to guess that we will go too far on the tech side and learn the hard way and pull back. But if we're in a position to be able to affect change in that way, I hope people take the opportunity to do that.
