How Did You Become Editor of the Onion?
The Onion's first editor was Ben Carlin, who later went to the Daily Show. "I felt like I had somehow stumbled upon the seven most brilliant... No, I thought, oh my God, this is like how it felt when Michael O'Donohue and the Lamborghini and that whole crew or the second city crew," he says of his time at The Onion. He recalls being an East Coast Jew amongst Midwestern Christian slackers.
