Mushroom drills is a very very popular ultimate game it's often used as a warm-up in tournaments the movement the floor is very nice and all that but it's completely not related to gameplay or game movement at all. So what I try to do is teach the very basic skill so I'll kind of like a snapshot of a game this is like thing or bad habit or sequence that I want to teach so we'll drill that a lot and then we don't try to add anything beyond that. "There's always a temptation of okay we've captured this snapshot then we're gonna string a few more snapshots together then it looks more and more like a game," he says.
