I was obsessed with work prior to the diagnosis, really treating work first, and everything else, including family, friends, lower priority. The moment i got this diagnosis, and looking at the possibility i may only have one or 200 days to live, made me realize that really, work is not that important. And as it relates to artificial intelligence, one of the big issues we face with is the future of work. Many people believe work is the meaning of their lives.
