I probably spend 20 percent of my time on people 30 percent recruiting You know Assessing there's a big people piece of it even though it's just relatively small firms 1500 people. There's hundreds of people that are doing nothing but understanding and compounding that understanding And um, and so I'm a beneficiary of all that good work So I need to stay abreast of it, but I'm not I'm not the investor I am the person that's overseeing the whole enterprise.
