Noble Meyer: The Second Best Arm in the Class
Tommy Troy, who the Diamondbacks announce a shortstop out of Stanford. I think he can play really all over the diamond. He had a 9 17 OPS and a 17% strikeout rate on the Cape last summer. Noble Meyer to me is the second best arm in this class. And then my next pick is where I'm kind of torn, but I'm a go the highest person on my board.
