Has the Pandemic Changed Retail?
The pandemic hit every customer and every american in many, many different ways. Many customers preferred an e commerce offering as a result oft safety that that allowed for them to leave their homes. As the pendemic started to become a little bit more like a new normal, we noticed that people were just as much going back in the store. They were actually purchasing more during a shopping trip. Their frequency decreased in terms of the number of times they went to walmart's store but what they purchased in store was vastly different.
