What's Up With the Rogers Network?

The whole substrait of the network was fell over. No selphones, no wired phones, no cable, t v or internet. And it also took out the devicard processing network in canada. Anybody who had rogers for their home phone or telephone couldn't dial nine one one. So what actually happened was a tobacco attack. They've not given very many details yet, but it knocked their whole network over and it took them a very long time to fix it.
