Dan Sullivan's Decision Decision Filter
Dan Sullivan has a great thing on, because I think it's called the decision filter. He was very costly for this genius head of the company can do no wrong to have a stupid idea that everyone else needs to put a lot of time and effort into to finally realize it's bad. Now they're standardizing that they've standardized it. And so not only will they, are they more efficient, but I think it probably raises trust in the organization.
