Is Your Baby Sleeping Longer?

Some children go into a deep sleep cycle and then when they get into the sort of lighter sleep cycle, they wake so they're only sleeping one sleep cycle. The things that you can do to help them sleep longer are not crying it out particularly not at three months but consider how long the window has been that they've been awake. Make sure you're not just feeding your baby out of habit every hour and a half, just because they do a little whimper or they seem a little fussy.
