The Purpose of the Privilege Against Self-Incrimination
I'm very torn about this because i used to have these great arguments with people about uh minority report. What if there is a world in which it's incredibly highly accurate and it gets the right person without actually putting a person in a position of creating the data or being subject any kind of painful interrogation or anything like that. This is why self-incrimination doesn't give people a right against the use of brain data against them at least in certain contexts and in certain ways. It depends on how accurate you think it is and how it's obtained and what it means for the general relationship between the state and the individual.
