Resistance training wasn't recommended to pregnant women. One of the reasons being that, due to elevations in relaxing, that joint instability would be a problem. In terms of lifting, probably we don't see that many issues in terms of joint problems. A lot of people will self limit what they lift anyway. The val salvas is contra indicatidg pregnancy becauseit creates a spike in blood pressure. And again, that could have an effect on the baby. So there's all these cutty vascular changes that we need to take into account.
