How to Stay Focused on Fixed Goals
The fourth thing that I did was I fed my mind daily. I would put on a podcast listening to someone who'd achieved what I desire to achieve and I would get in their energy. Podcasts are free to listen to and the amount of value that we can get from them, it's incredible. My goals did not change. I did not move the goal post when I thought I wasn't going to hit the goal. And this might go against a lot of things that you hear, but I did not allow myself to get swept up in email, in social, my to-do list, or basically anything that wasn't contributing to my goal.
