Jorge and Monica, thank you so much for preparing the case. We're all really excited to learn from you both. So we have a 44 year old gender gender woman recently diagnosed with HIV AIDS. Her CD4 is 14 with a workload in the 2 million. She's actually seen that ward 86 just before her presentation with her new HIV diagnosis,. which came from a HIV screening test.
