The decision to set up a camp at greenham common was not an easy one to make. A very small group of women stayed at the camp in tents, but most shuttled back and forth when they could as they tried to juggle families and jobs with protesting. They bad needed support to keep a presence at the base. Anne: "I remember thinking, oh god, here we go"
