We can feel this way when we have things that we have to do. It's our disconnection from our autonomy. Our attitude towards doing hard things is the biggest indicator of whether or not we're going to even attempt to do them. When we think a task is simply beyond us, we often don't bother starting,. So shifting our mind set becomes one of the most important aspects of doing hard things. With that in mind, we can get to a task or project with the right mind set and still find it hard to approach.
