The Best Kind of Diet - Vegetables
If you are an athlete, if you're a bodybuilder, maybe it makes sense to eat meat. Meat is like processed vegetables because herbivorous animals eat lots of vegetable food with its glass or whatever else. So I don't think consuming meat gives you any major advantage about this vegetables. You should fulfill your daily protein requirements in a lot of vegetables. It depends on what results you want to achieve.
