Is Aquinas Crazy?
Is Aquinas crazy? Or to be a bit nicer is he just ignorant of the things that we now know through the sciences of chemistry and physics? I used to worry about that and to some extent I still do. Even the things that seem like atoms or electrons or whatever are in fact cat bits, bits of cat, feline parts, pieces. So perhaps we shouldn't be quite so quick to just say, yeah, hydrogen and oxygen are still there in the water.
