The Psychology of Tipping

There are bars in Beijing and Shanghai where there is some tipping. In a crowded bar, it could be almost impossible getting a drink if you didn't tip well the first time. If you tip big the first time, then they will continue to give you attention because they know that they're going to get more money from you than another person.
