I think if anything, it's like in any way I can be helpful. If what I say makes absolutely no sense to you and you know you want to do the opposite, great, I've still done my job. So I really like it when letter writers write back and tell me more and then I tell them more. "The act of writing the letter is far more important than my advice," she says.
