Is There a Market for Games?

i often wonder, at least in terms of people searching out for representation. Not that the market solved the problem, but, like, in a way, capitalism solving problems. We've been to seven european countries now or something, to record docs. And i think certainly diversity is one of those key issues we need to address. But again, i'm conscious of painting with broad brushest. It's not for me to give us a grade on whether there are enough women and minorities working in games right now.
