The Importance of Indigenous Political Theology in the Free Church
The free church doesn't have a well developed political theology across the board amongst ministers or ordinary members. The question is where if someone from the free church ends up as first minister for example are they then let's say like a conduit for concerning political theologies that might come in from elsewhere? I think neo-Calvinism has an important role to play in that so I think that in some ways it's a bit of a wake-up call actually to to the free church as a tradition and that that's no bad thing.
