Do You Ever Ask About Promotions?

I try to ask essentially because if you're looking for your second job, you could get a promotion by interviewing there. Some companies have like, upper out policy is so like, if you don't make the next promotion in the certain amount of time, then you're like, managed out,. That's like a lot of pressure. I think in my situation, I didn't have to ask about that because my new role is actually a contractor role. So typically contractors, they don't really have like a promotion cycle exactly.
