What's Happening in the Industry?
The underlying inf structure that powers those legacy services are being de regulated. We're going to be receiving cost increases from underlying providers that we end at passing through to customers. The other thing that's happening is that the impa structure isn't supporting that old technology any more, because it's just so outdated. It's this combination of and technology evolution that's causing customers to move to newer technology.
