How to Be More Detachable
We're all going to be attached to different things and find out in different moments by what makes us upset or what we're like craving. Those are moments where you wake up to, oh, I'm attached in this moment; how do I be more detached? That's the that's one of two things I want to say is that if you make the goal that you are this enlightened being that nothing affects you, then that's what you're attached to is. And instead I'd say find where home is for you,. And that's an equilibrium. You go on an adventure and wham, something's going to happen. And then I just want to find myself back home.
