Time Blocking Gives You Freedom
Time blocking is about giving your free time and down time the same amount of importance as everything else on your schedule. Make it a priority, like time blocked, just 30 minutes a week to work on whatever it is that you want to do. Even if you don't do the the 30 minutes when you blocked it out to do, you will get reminded,. But at least you've been empowered to make that choice - without it being in front of you that power is taken away.
