Is It Possible to Gain Mastery in a Subject by Just by Self Study?

Everything i've learned in any field has been through self study. For some people, you may need a teacher to teach you. So it depends on you what your aptitude is and what kind of person you are. I am not an enthusiast. Iam o  not an expert. I am learning, and iam sharing whatever i learn.
