The US Banks Market Problem
Banks have 12 trillion plus of whole loans. They have direct whole loan mortgages, they have credit cards and car loans. And not only do they have credit risk, but there is a massive amount of interest rate risk also in the loan portfolio that no one's yet talking about. The main problem is the balance sheets of the banks. Market value has declined a lot. But I think it's just the beginning.
