Henry the Eighth's Clothes

Most of us think about henry theighth's clothes based on what we've seen. The designers for jonathan rece myers, didn't consider early tudor clothes that attractive. They edged more towards what we would more reasonably have seen in elizabeth's reign as they felt it was 'more flattering' I did not watch the tudors expecting to find a completely accurate depiction of tudor dress. What i did get from it was a real sense of tha sort of the color of the tudor cort and just how important clothing was at the court.
