The Importance of Title 42

The border is effectively open. That's from what normal people normally interpreting the news can gather because they're just propelling all of these migrants, giving them a later court date and then releasing them around the United States. The whole time, like, for the last year or whatever, there's been this whole thing, oh, Title 42, we need to, you know, if Title 42 is lifted, then there's going to be this huge rush at the border. And now somehow or another, every newspaper is repeating the same thing. Oh, in fact, getting rid of Title 42 has lessened the number of people crossing the border, which makes absolutely no sense.
