The Importance of Connecting With the Community
A lot of the skaters that I've met, very fairly well connected into the community care about the issues happening in the community. So you can take your project and the feature specifically that's going to map to the product, but you can also take your personal values and life and map those to the values of the company as well. But like the philosophy of like, okay, but we actually care about what's happening in this community. So we built an app to solve problems in this community... That is something that's relatable, transferable from your personal project into their main project maybe.
