Parker Gaille: There is no one size fits all. We've seen very, very different models across the board today. If a private equity firm has an operating team, they may organize them in three broad categories. These are generalists, functional experts and industry experts. And so between generalist, functional experts, industry experts, an operating team might have a mix of all of them.
