How to Fix the Shortage of Technology Talent in the Market
There is a shortage of roughly 4 billion developers by 2025. Recognize has partnered with two great organizations to skill and upskill tech talent in high demand areas from parts of society that historically have been underrepresented in technology jobs. So-called low-code, no-code platforms are going to create a whole group of citizen developers. And then you have to find ways to automate work so that we can use the pool of talent that we have most optimally.
